The Email I just received from HRS:-

Dear HRS Family,

Just a short message today to bring you up to speed with happenings within HRS.

LR/STP SHIFT
I am now 70% of the way through moving balances from LR to STP wallets for all who are affected. If you have not had your balances moved yet, I truly thank you for your patience and understanding. This has been a mammoth task and I have had to immerse myself completely in order to get it done with as little inconvenience to everyone as possible. I will be continuing today, now that I am back online after resting, and expect to complete all moves within the next 24 hours.

After the moves are completed, I will start with the refunds to LR.

LR LOSSES
As you are all by now aware, we suffered a monumental loss due to LR’s theft of our funds. I replaced funds to a large extent out of my own pocket but the losses are still significant. I have spent time considering my options for recouping this loss as quickly as possible and would like to share with you now, what I have decided on to bring HRS through this as smoothly as possible.

1. The bulk of the money will need to be made up from trading, however this will take time… I estimate at least 60 days before I can make up what was taken.
2. Temporary restrictions on withdrawals, leaving more cash assets available for trading.

At this point, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and love to those who have sent financial support. I am so honored by your gestures I can barely find the words to express how I feel.

So effective immediately, withdrawal limits are set at $1000 per day per member, provisionally for 30 – 60 days, reviewable as we progress. I will monitor closely as time goes on and the limitations will be relaxed as we recover.

I pray for your support in this painful time and promise to do all in my power to recover as quickly as possible. It’s my greatest wish to return to normal service at the earliest possible time, but I must take care to manage recouping losses now.

TEMPORARY WITHDRAWALS SYSTEM CHANGES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
As of the time of this newsletter, I will be implementing the restriction of $1000/day total withdrawals per member. While I implement the new limit i will refund all requests that exceed $1000 back to rebates. This is just for today, after which all will be back to normal, except for the cap per member. As I said in the last paragraph, this is necessary to help us to recover and maintain stability and longevity. The more cash assets I have to trade with, the faster we will recover and the better for all members but one thing is sure, HRS will never go down as we have the capacity to sustain and run smoothly.

LONGEVITY & STABILITY
From Day 1, I have been totally focused on building a very sound and stable business and up until this week, all had been going very well. The loss to LR has hurt us, I will not deny that, but we can and will recover with member support and some disciplined trading on my part. As I have said, I anticipate that it will take up to 2 months for me to recover the losses and bring us back to the comfortable position we were in before this loss. So please, understand and accept the controls that I must set in place for the next 30 – 60 days, I am doing it for your benefit to reinforce the longevity and sustainability of HRS. It is very difficult to plan for such a significant impact so early in our business’ life, but I am doing my best to manage this event in a very controlled and regimented manner. With your continued love and support, I can and will keep HRS strong and thriving for you, dear family.

I fully understand that you are worried, confused and scared; with other businesses failing so dramatically in the last six months it is very normal that members should be nervous and mistrustful. However, Moni and I will continue to stand fast for you, support and care for you as much as ever, same as always. We will not let you down, and we will not let HRS become unstable. We just need your help. We need to do this together.
