OK to all the people who regularly this is not the normal blog. I am writing this for the team that are already signed with us. I as been a busy coupe of weeks with the restart of HRS and other programs we got involved in so your usual "read" will be done sometime this weekend.

These are the link us as a team sign up to. These links are attached to the You tube videos support Videos etc etc because these videos can bee seen world wide. So someone over in Africa may come across our videos on You tube and click on the link and join our team.
If you are personally referring someone like your friend down the pub next door neighbor etc by all means use your (PRL) Personal Referral link.
Mark is running round and always at the end of the phone each and every day managing peoples accounts. I (Dean) am on skype from 7:30 till around 2am sometimes to answer all your questions I even help people who are not part of the team. but that is just me brand building.
The difference between Mark and I and the Majority of the team is. This is our J.O.B. this is what we do for a living. Consultants in this industry charge thousands of dollars just for 1 hour of their time. The support we give this team is 19 hours per day 7 days per week.
Mark is running round setting people signing people up personally going round to people houses who live local just to help them purchase I do that stuff home thanks to join me.

Single Level programs.
I our portfolio of programs we have a couple of single level programs UTS and Ad hit are both single level. The difference is with these programs and a Multi level structure is you only get paid on one level, not the three that other programs give. However your getting the same level of support. To the people who do this as a J.O.B. That is like your boss saying I want you to work the whole of next week but I will only pay you for 1 day. 2 if you work overtime.
So what we decided was the existing team at the start of that program all sign up to one link. anyone you bring into this program is yours you are not our feeders we don't have 60 people out their finding prospects that are signing under our link to make us rich while you lot get national minimum wage.
If you find it difficult prospecting, or finding new people or that just is not your thing. LET US KNOW we can put something in place where we can find you people place people under you build your team. However there will be a commission /subscription to this service.
We want you to profit.
I was not going to put this in here however I am on a roll so I am going to. I always have a plan when I start any new program and everyone's plan is different. Some people build build build until they are drawing the the withdraw limit on either STP or the Program itself. Some people build to the target they have in their head and then start withdrawing.
My plan is this take note of what I deposit into a program. eg. UST I deposited $20. I know that $20 earns me $30 so I build all day re-purchase re-purchase re-purchase. I can't repurchase while I sleep so when I wake up in the morning I look and see what packs have matured or close to maturing and I withdraw the profit from them packs from the day before at the begging of the day then I go back to re-purchasing for the rest of the day. After a couple of days I have got my seed money back out and then the withdraws from that day on is profit until I wake up to silly money say one day I wake up to $1000 I can only withdraw $500 (that is the withdraw limit in UTS during the Beta testing) so I withdraw $500 and put $500 back to work.
We are in profit, we are making money because that is what we are all here for and we are happy.
New programs
There as been times when people have found program but kept it to themselves. which as caused confusion, I am kind of guilty of this due to I have in contact with so many people round the world and receive about 30 links per day for the NEXT BIG THING!!!! Ad hits profit a friend of mine that in the States showed methis and I dismissed it for a couple off weeks then we got the bombshell from HRS so thought it was a good time to bring it in. The only problem with that was Mark was thinking exactly the same thing. I was just about to Skype Mark and say "I think I have found a Substitute for HRS take a look tell me what you think" and Mark shared his link for the same program.
We have things in the pipeline all the time so before you sign up check if we have heard of it tell us to check it out because we may already have it in the pipeline we are just working out plans to make it profitable for us or doing our research on the program and the owners.
We are going to work out a plan that everyone benefits from the whole team. at the the structure goes

we are testing a plan where we place a member of the Team above Mark. So if Marks upline says Mark I have a program for you Mark will then get in touch with you and sell the program BEFORE Mark signs up. you will sign up first and Mark will sign under you and Mark will send out a team link. As I said this is in test at the moment but this is coming very very soon.
